Tote bag

It’s amazing when I look at the old squares I cut for my very first quilt. Amazing that I could have cut so many squares different sizes. Oh they were supposed to the same size, but these squares are all just a wee bit different from each other.

Stacking them up and cutting them to an even 3 1/2 inch squares sure did make them take on a new lease on life.

I decided to use this vintage fabric to make a bag.

There are lots of youtube.com videos on the internet with instructions on how to make bags. One of my favourite is Angela Walters’ colab with Crafty Gemini. They swapped fabric and each made a bag. Angela makes everything seems super simple and if you’re looking for a way to make a super simple tote bag, she’s your gal.
